How does the $500 minimum work?
The $500 minimum is a floor, not an extra fee. Fleets below roughly 12 vehicles pay $500. Larger fleets pay $45 per vehicle.
What is included under fair use?
Users, trips, SMS, MMS, and flight checks are included under fair use. Phone and payment usage remain usage-based.
Who owns the optional native app accounts?
We create App Store and Google Play accounts in the customer's company name, build the app, and publish it. Store fees belong to the customer. The accounts remain theirs.
How long are the agreements?
Tracked carries a 12-month agreement. InstaCam carries a 24-month agreement.
