Where the operating model differs
InstaRoute treats the booking as the beginning of the workflow. Feasibility checks whether the company can actually perform the service before it is accepted, then dispatch connects the trip to driver recommendations, flights, communications, payments, vehicle location, and the customer experience. InstaRoute corporate billing supports Net 15 or Net 30 terms, optional credit limits, prepaid balances, and emailed invoices customers can pay online.

Tracked is $45 per vehicle each month with a $500 monthly minimum, and it includes unlimited users and trips. InstaCam is $94 per vehicle each month and includes everything in Tracked plus cameras. Phone is $15 per line plus 5 cents per minute. Full pricing is public.
